(KTTC) \u2013 Mayo Clinic is announcing a new facility to help enhance the patient experience, from the very first moments on campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Penske Arrival Building will be a facility where patients can find hospitality and support while arriving for appointments in downtown Rochester.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Mayo Clinic announces new patient arrival facility\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XEA3ABAYEVAANHEWRHKP4VLQQI.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"550\" \/>Mayo Clinic announces new patient arrival facility(Mayo Clinic)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Valet and drop-off service will begin October 8. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In April, the facility will expand to provide nearly 500 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The facility is named after the Penske Foundation for its financial gift and located on the corner of 4th Ave NW and Center Street. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The project is part of Mayo Clinic\u2019s $10 billion Bold.
