\n\tFollowing Robert Kraft<\/a>\u2018s campaign against Macklemore, Zach Bryan<\/a> made a statement with his performance at Gillette Stadium<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring Friday\u2019s stop at the Kraft-owned venue for his With Heaven on Tour, the Grammy winner stepped onto the stage with a \u201cFree Palestine<\/a>\u201d shirt after Kraft and other venue owners pressured Ed Sheeran to drop Macklemore from his tour over his outspoken support for Palestinians.<\/p>\n

\n\tWith another performance scheduled at the Massachusetts venue on Saturday night, it remains to be seen if Kraft will pull the plug.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe show comes after Ed Sheeran was forced to cancel his Gillette Stadium shows<\/a> last weekend amid a nor\u2019easter headed for Boston, despite caving to Kraft\u2019s demands. <\/p>\n

\n\tSheeran dropped Macklemore from his tour<\/a> last month amid an outcry around the opener\u2019s \u201cFree Palestine\u201d onstage remarks. Opting to remain publicly neutral on the issue, Sheeran subsequently released a statement saying it was the \u201cpromoter\u2019s decision<\/a>\u201d after Kraft assembled several of the tour venues to give him an ultimatum.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the statement, fellow tour openers Finneas, Aaron Rowe and Lukas Graham dropped out of the tour<\/a>, along with Sheeran\u2019s backing band Beoga.<\/p>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, Macklemore announced the Free Palestine Tour<\/a> last week, which is \u201csupporting the Palestinian people and movement,\u201d running 10\/26-10\/30 in Dublin, Paris and London.
