The two people inside were not hurt. <\/p>\n<p>Albuquerque Fire Rescue said crews responded just before 8 a.m. after the balloon came down near power lines close to Journal Center.<\/p>\n<p>Fire rescue crews found two occupants inside the balloon basket when they arrived.
