We\u2019ve made it to October folks! That means putting up decor, baseball (for some people), cozy blankets and more. And if you\u2019re under a cozy blanket, that means it\u2019s probably movie night, and you need something to watch.<\/p>\n

As with the start of any new month, Prime Video got a whole slew of new additions, including the latest in the \u201cNow You See Me\u201d franchise. But, if you\u2019re looking for a little bit of old with your new, we\u2019ve got a recommendation in that realm. We even picked one sort of in the middle \u2026 ish.<\/p>\n

Here are the three best movies to watch on Prime Video this week.<\/p>\n

Now You See Me: Now You Don\u2019t<\/p>\n

Should this movie have been called \u201cNow You 3 Me?\u201d Yes, yes it should have. Do we all \u2014 and \u201call\u201d includes the cast themselves \u2014 call it that in our hearts? Yes again.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow You See Me: Now You Don\u2019t\u201d is by no means the strongest entry in this franchise, but it\u2019s still a part of this franchise, which means it\u2019s a pretty fun ride. The threequel reunites the original Four Horseman, after Isla Fisher had to sit out the second film. But don\u2019t worry, there\u2019s room for more than one woman in the Horseman (theoretically) and Lizzy Caplan is still there too.<\/p>\n

But, this movie also introduces the next generation of Horsemen, played by Justice Smith, Ariana Greenblatt and Dominic Sessa. Meanwhile, Rosamund Pike also joins up as the Horsemen\u2019s latest villain.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow You See Me: Now You Don\u2019t\u201d does change its structure a bit, but at the end of the day, it\u2019s a bunch of fun actors doing even more fun magic tricks. Just lean in to the fun!<\/p>\n

Fever Pitch<\/p>\n

We\u2019re officially into October baseball, as well as proper Fall, so you might just be looking for a cozy rom-com. With \u201cFever Pitch,\u201d you can combine the two. Though, sorry if you\u2019re not a Red Sox fan.<\/p>\n

Starring Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon (hey, remember when Jimmy Fallon was just an actor?), the film tells the story of Ben Wrightman (Fallon), a young teacher and businesswoman Lindsey Meeks (Barrymore), as they fall in love. The relationship is going well until baseball season begins, and Lindsey learns Ben is obsessed with the Boston Red Sox. Like, crazy superfan kind of obsessed.<\/p>\n

She tries to understand it, but eventually, it does impact the relationship, and choices need to be made. Don\u2019t worry, it\u2019s a 2005 rom-com, so it all works out in the end. It\u2019ll be a nice little throwback this week, that especially hits if your team\u2019s currently in the playoffs (the Red Sox aren\u2019t, but the White Sox sure are!).<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking for something to watch on Prime Video, I\u2019m guessing you\u2019ve recently come from watching \u201cThe Love Hypothesis,\u201d which premiered at the end of September. If you haven\u2019t seen that, go there first, then come back here.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re back? Great! Now you\u2019re probably looking for more Lili Reinhart. And if you\u2019re looking for her in another romance, \u201cChemical Hearts\u201d is going to be your next move. Here, she stars alongside Austin Abrams (you may have just seen him recently too, if you made it to the theater for \u201cResident Evil\u201d). Abrams plays a high school newspaper editor, who dreams of being writer.<\/p>\n

He considers himself a romantic, but has never actually been in love. That is, until he gets to know Grace (Reinhart). But Grace has a troubled past and some secrets that come to light, throwing a wrench in their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cChemical Hearts\u201d is far heavier than \u201cThe Love Hypothesis,\u201d so just be warned.<\/p>\n
