Although the Walmart has an Erwin address, it falls under the Dunn Police Department&#8217;s jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Seven Dunn police units, along with sheriff&#8217;s deputies, searched the store and found no credible threat, police said. Erwin police assisted with traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>When the WRAL Breaking News Tracker arrived around 9 p.m., officers began reopening the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Walmart provided the following statement to WRAL:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The safety of our associates and customers is a top priority.
