Finally, the prayers for a stable right-back have been answered. Unfortunately for Germany, Treu was another top talent who went unused at the World Cup this past summer. Without a doubt, he cemented his place in this squad for the time being, and given Josha Vagnoman\u2019s lackluster performance, Treu might have the most secure spot on the team right now.<\/p>\n
While the Bayern Munich goalkeeper didn\u2019t see too much action in his two appearances, he is clearly the future number one for Germany. With Noah Atubolu failing to make the squad, it is obvious whom Klopp has chosen as the future keeper, and Urbig\u2019s two clean sheets will only solidify his standing.<\/p>\n
Urbig is reminiscent of a young Manuel Neuer, and it will be exciting to see how he performs against stronger competition. For now, you couldn\u2019t ask for much better.<\/p>\n

Scherhant displayed an intensity that outmatched everyone else in the squad, and his willingness to take shots on goal was impressive. While it didn\u2019t result in a goal for Germany, he delivered a brilliant assist on a goal that was narrowly overturned by VAR\u2014a goal that would have won Germany the match against Greece.<\/p>\n
