She’s seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, and wants the court to waive spousal support for both sides. Goth, 32, and LaBeouf, 40, became a couple while filming Nymphomaniac: Vol II in 2012 and married in October 2016, the AP<\/a> reports. Sources tell TMZ that Goth had pushed for LaBeouf to go to rehab. Police were reportedly called multiple times to the couple’s Los Angeles home before LaBeouf relocated to New Orleans, where he bought a $1 million house and this year pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery after a Mardi Gras fight. LaBeouf has since been frequently spotted with girlfriend Nicole Mumphrey, including during a tense public argument in Rome.
