Court orders Hope Florida report expunged<\/p>\n
(31:10) A district judge ruled this week that the Hope Florida grand jury report must be expunged.<\/p>\n
\nThe report, which was leaked to the public in August, found that the governor’s administration misappropriated $10 million from a Medicaid settlement. That money was then funneled through the Hope Florida Foundation to political action committees.<\/p>\n

(37:20) Florida is bracing for its first hurricane of the season. Hurricane Isaias grew to a Category 3 storm and is expected to make landfall near Pensacola.<\/p>\n
