News Oct. 12. She was 46.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Siyavus died on Oct. 9, according to her death records. Her cause and manner of death are both listed as pending.<\/p>\n<p>Siyavus appeared on the CBS reality show in 2007, where she became known for her emotional moments in the house, which earned her the nickname &#8220;Whamber.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She was ultimately evicted from the house, finishing out her season in 7th place, though she formed close bonds with fellow houseguests\u00a0Jameka Cameron\u00a0and\u00a0Dustin Erikstrup\u00a0before her exit. (Dick Donato\u00a0came in first place.)<\/p>\n<p>At the time of her elimination, the reality star shed light on her hopes after leaving the show.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was on TV, I was shown into the world,\u201d she said through tears\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=S5h_jc5uxZI\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">following her eviction<\/a>\u00a0from the\u00a0Big Brother\u00a0house. \u201cI feel like there&#8217;s something in this for me whether It&#8217;s for me to be an inspirational speaker, go to nursing school, something will come up out of this.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Amber Siyavus\u2019 family is facing a devastating loss.
