Milania Giudice revealed multiple mental health diagnoses while reflecting on the \u201cworst\u201d summer of her life in an Instagram video posted Monday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Describing herself as a \u201craw and authentic\u201d person, she kicked off the video by publicly apologizing for not using her platform the way she wanted.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou guys have been seeing the worst times of my life, and it has been the worst time of my life,\u201d she said, referencing her May arrest for domestic violence<\/a> and her September airport confrontation<\/a> with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and older sister, Gia Giudice.<\/p>\n

Milania, 20, admitted to \u201cstruggling\u201d with her mental health, noting, \u201cI am bipolar. I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders and I do work on myself,\u201d she added, before revealing she is in a treatment center and that Teresa was on her way to visit.<\/p>\n

The University of Tampa student reflected on the summer hitting her \u201clike a bus,\u201d noting she is \u201ctrying to process everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it\u2019s really hard being in the public light while going through things in life, so I just want to say I\u2019m sorry because I was [raised] on pure respect, love, and I just haven\u2019t been showing the Milania I wanna show,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

The Bravolebrity explained she wants to \u201cdo better\u201d and is \u201ctrying to completely change everything \u2026 because I want to help people in life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milania wrapped up the video \u2014 which she captioned, \u201cBe true, be honest, be you\u201d \u2014 by blowing a kiss to the camera.<\/p>\n

Milania was arrested for domestic violence in May after allegedly punching someone in her home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She was charged with one count of simple assault<\/a> and forced to enroll in anger management classes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Four months later, Milania uploaded, and deleted, a video in which she could be seen getting into a heated confrontation<\/a> with her mom and 25-year-old sister at Tampa International Airport.<\/p>\n

In bodycam footage exclusively obtained by Page Six<\/a>, the cops discussed whether Milania could be a \u201cdanger to herself\u201d as Teresa claimed her daughter may have had fentanyl in her system<\/a> during the explosive airport clash.<\/p>\n

Page Six exclusively reported that Milania was \u201cunder the care of professionals\u201d<\/a> following the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cMilania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,\u201d the reality star\u2019s manager and longtime family friend, Maria DeSantis, told us in a statement.<\/p>\n

Milania\u2019s father, Joe Giudice, exclusively told us his daughter had been privately dealing with the loss of close friend<\/a> Victoria Zardoya, who died in July.<\/p>\n

Teresa said Milania was also \u201cexperienc[ing] tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma\u201d after her great-grandmother died two months after Zardoya. <\/p>\n
