Among equipment makers, ASML and BE Semiconductor shed over 1% each. <\/p>\n The moves followed a steep drop in Asian memory stocks. SK Hynix plunged 10%, Samsung Electronics lost 7.4%, and Tokyo-listed Kioxia fell as much as 13.3%.
