Apple has released the fourth iOS 27.2 developer beta for iPhone. The update follows the release of iOS 27 to everyone. It also leaps over iOS 27.1, which Apple has shown as an iPhone Duo-focused release.<\/p>\n

iOS 27.2 beta includes all-new Health app and more<\/p>\n

iOS 27.2 is the next release that will follow the\u00a0official launch of iOS 27\u00a0<\/a>from September 14. iOS 27.1 is just for iPhone Duo.<\/p>\n

Apple has already detailed how the\u00a0iOS 27.1 SDK<\/a>\u00a0will let developers take full advantage of the iPhone Duo display. You can see how apps will appear on iPhone Duo based on which iOS version they target\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Apple\u00a0released Xcode 27.1 beta<\/a>\u00a0on September 18, adding the iPhone Duo simulator and app development support for the new foldable iPhone.<\/p>\n

Apple also released the first iOS 27.2 public beta<\/a> last month.<\/p>\n

iOS 27.2 beta<\/a>\u00a0includes these changes:<\/p>\n

Apple\u2019s\u00a0redesigned Health app<\/a>\u00a0first announced during the iPhone 18 Pro event is now live in this beta.<\/p>\n

Dual capture mode comes to Group FaceTime.<\/p>\n

Siri AI language support<\/a>\u00a0now includes French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.<\/p>\n

Apple TV app profiles<\/a>\u00a0come to iPhone.<\/p>\n

Apple Music uses less of the icon\u2019s color for labels in the app now.<\/p>\n
