Actor Ha Jung-woo (47) will hold his wedding with Cha Jeong-won (36, birth name Cha Mi-young) on December 13, ending a six-year romance.

On the 14th, a representative from Ha Jung-woo’s agency, Workhouse, told StarNews, “It is true that actor Ha Jung-woo will get married on December 13,” adding, “The wedding ceremony is scheduled to be held privately.”

Earlier this year, rumors of both a romance and a marriage between Ha Jung-woo and Cha Jeong-won surfaced simultaneously. At the time, reports emerged stating that Ha’s father, actor Kim Yong-gyun, had mentioned Ha’s wedding, which led to speculation about a July wedding, but this proved to be untrue. The couple acknowledged only the rumors of their relationship at that time.

After approximately six years of dating, the two have been preparing for marriage and will become husband and wife in December, before the end of this year.

Meanwhile, Ha Jung-woo debuted in 2002 and has appeared in numerous works, including “The Chaser,” “Hwanghae,” “Berlin,” “Assassination,” “Tunnel,” and “Along with the Gods.” Recently, he has also shown his activities as a director through the films “Roller Coaster,” “Mr. Huh San-gwan,” and “The People Upstairs.” In the first half of this year, he met audiences through the tvN drama “How to Become a Building Owner.”

Cha Jeong-won debuted in 2012 with the film “Scary Stories” and has appeared in dramas such as “Lawless Lawyer,” “Special Labor Inspector Jang Poong,” “Mr. Perfect Partner,” and “Extraordinary! Chef Moon,” before releasing the film “Crash” last year. She also appeared on the fashion variety show “Follow Me,” showcasing her outstanding sense of fashion.
