U.S. lawmakers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday condemned President Donald Trump\u2019s order putting a sweeping sanctions package against Russia on hold.<\/p>\n
The executive order,<\/a> signed by Trump on Friday night, waived the Russia sanctions in a bill named for the late senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), who had championed the effort before his unexpected death<\/a> in July.
