The “Cougar Town” star was photographed smiling in a black bikini while standing on the beach.<\/p>\n
She paired the bikini with layered gold necklaces and earrings, and wore her hair in a ponytail to take a dip in the ocean. In the photos, she is seen standing knee-deep in the water before wrapping a towel over her body to dry off.<\/p>\n

I used to box twice a week, but my left knee is hurt,” she said about her fitness routine. “I also do pilates once a week. As I get older, I realize it’s more important for me to do weights. It\u2019s amazing how I used to be really muscley but not so much anymore.”<\/p>\n She later gave fans a glimpse of her workout routine in an Instagram video in July 2024, which showed her running on a treadmill, pull-ups, squats and crunches.<\/p>\n The “Friends” star was also seen enjoying her summer while on a luxury yacht off the Spanish island of Mallorca with her longtime friend, Jennifer Aniston<\/a>, and other actors, including Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann and Pedro Pascal.<\/p>\n Cox was recently photographed enjoying a yacht day in Spain with Aniston.
