Musk said <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/2112089556615123114?s=20\" rel=\"nofollow\">earlier today<\/a> that he would give one of his SpaceX shares to \u201cevery kid in America\u201d sometime next year. Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/2112218558302490744\" rel=\"nofollow\">had thanked<\/a> Trump Account booster Brad Gerstner for \u201chelping enable this,\u201d and Trump appeared to confirm the plan in <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/117469511233475082\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a post on Truth Social<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Given the value of SpaceX\u2019s stock on Friday, 72 million shares would be worth approximately $10.5 billion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2026\/10\/19\/elon-musk-spacex-shares-giveaway-kids.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">according to CNBC<\/a>. \u201cThis will be the first of many,\u201d Musk said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Michael and Susan Dell, Ray and Barbara Dalio, Gerstner, and SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell have all also promised contributions to Trump Accounts.
