Since her diagnosis, Applegate has spoken openly about her symptoms<\/a> \u2014 including depression and \u201cintense pain\u201d \u2014 and channeled her experiences with the condition in a memoir, \u201cYou With the Sad Eyes.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n Applegate got emotional during the podcast episode as she recalled learning of her misdiagnosis, saying she feels disheartened \u2014 \u201cI don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on with me\u201d \u2014 and that her doctors are going to further investigate the root of her symptoms. The actor also said that in the wake of her misdiagnosis, she feels she has disappointed the MS community.
