It was bad enough that there were reports surfacing about Bayern\u2019s contingency plans\u2014with assistant Aaron Danks taking charge as sideline gesticulator-in-chief should Kompany be a no-go for this week\u2019s hotly anticipated Champions League clash against Premier League champion Arsenal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Thankfully, Kompany recovered in time to prowl the sidelines himself on Wednesday, and was even able to jump up and gesture at the officials following a questionable call or two.
