\n\tFuerza Regida was the big winner at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, sweeping eight awards during the ceremony Thursday night (Oct. 22) at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, FL.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe M\u00fasica Mexicana sensation\u2019s big night included Hot Latin Song of the Year; Streaming Song of the Year; Global 200 Latin Song of the Year; Regional Mexican Song of the Year; Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Duo or Group; Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Duo or Group; and Regional Mexican Artist of the Year, Duo or Group.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Latin favorites also won the Billboard Vanguard Award for their innovative and creative vision. Other special award recipients this year included Cristian Castro who was honored with the Billboard Lifetime Achievement Award, Rosal\u00eda with the Hall of Fame Award, and Rub\u00e9n Blades with the Billboard Icon Award.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cI wouldn\u2019t be able to do what I do if it weren\u2019t for the artists who came before me and paved the way\u2014artists like him, whom I admire so much. Celia Cruz, Roc\u00edo, Vicente Fernandez, Daddy Yankee\u2026it is incredible to be receiving this today,\u201d Rosal\u00eda said during her speech. \u201cAnd last but certainly not least, thank you to Latin America for the place you\u2019ve given me, and for all these years of inspiration and lessons. \tVictor Manuelle\u2019s Plena Party<\/p>\n
\n\tBefore kicking off the evening with the performance of his new single \u201cLa Gozadera en Navidad\u201d alongside Elvis Crespo, Victor Manuelle brought the party to the blue carpet. There, the one-time finalist talked about his holiday traditions which are reflected in his new holiday album that includes collaborations with Gilberto Santa Rosa, Tito Nieves, Jos\u00e9 Alberto \u201cEl Canario,\u201d and many more. <\/p>\n
\n\tTo further get us in the Christmas spirit, the Puerto Rican singer invited rising group BLB to spice up the livestream with a fun plena tune.<\/p>\n
\tTito Double P Teases New Album<\/p>\n
\n\tTito Double P\u2014who took three awards, including Top Latin Album of the Year for DINAST\u00cdA, his joint album with Peso Pluma\u2014revealed that he\u2019s working on a new album for 2027. \u201cWe\u2019re going to see a Tito who is more attuned to the genres that are currently trending, featuring global artists,\u201d he said. \u201cThere\u2019s music on the way that includes many collaborations with fellow artists from here, such as Anuel AA.\u201d The forthcoming collab-stacked set will follow Tito\u2019s latest studio album, Acomodo, released earlier this year and has no collaborations.<\/p>\n
\tManifesting With Santos Bravos<\/p>\n

\n\tAt the blue carpet, Santos Bravos talked about their first major collaboration with Enrique Iglesias in \u201cOh Laka Laka La,\u201d and while they are extremely grateful and excited with the opportunity, they are ready to conquer another dream collab. Group members Alejandro Arambur\u00fa, Drew Venegas, Gabi Berm\u00fadez, Kau\u00ea Penna, and Kenneth Lav\u00edll, all agreed that they would love to one day record a song with Cristian Castro. In fact, the boys crooned us with an a cappella version of Castro\u2019s \u201cLloviendo Estrellas,\u201d before we all held hands and manifested the Santos Bravos, Cristian collab to happen. <\/p>\n
\tConfessional With Rosal\u00eda<\/p>\n
\n\tRosal\u00eda surprised Billboard during the livestream, where she spoke extensively about her successful LUX world tour that wrapped in Miami in September. What follows? The Spanish singer-songwriter\u2014who won three awards and received the Billboard Hall of Fame award on Thursday (Oct. 22)\u2014loosely hinted that she\u2019s working on new music. However, one of the most spontaneous moments of the night was when co-hosts Ingrid and Jessica confessed themselves with the singer to which she was completely appalled with.<\/p>\n

\n\tFor the first time in history, the Billboard Latin Music Awards boasted a strong representation of Cuban reparto artists. During the livestream, we spoke to Wow Popy, who released his new album Mundial and formed part of the first-ever reparto panel at Billboard Latin Music Week just a few days earlier. We also caught up with duo Pututi and Nesty, who were moments ahead of making their TV debut with a medley performance of \u201cEfimero\u201d alongside Erick Brian and their reparto version of Tony Dize\u2019s \u201cEl Doctorado.\u201d Additionally, Rey Tony and Helabusador, two of the acts behind the ultra-viral song \u201cDichavate,\u201d also strutted the blue carpet for the first time.<\/p>\n
