Shea Charles (Fulham<\/a>): I didn’t really want to put a Fulham<\/a> player in because I thought these are games they should be winning. However, the fact that they’ve won at Coventry<\/a> and they got a clean sheet, and Charles has been excellent since he’s come from Southampton, I just thought he should go in.<\/p>\n

He controlled the game and adds a spark to a Fulham<\/a> team that is pretty weak – lacklustre is the word I would use at times. Since he’s been in the team regularly, guess what, they’ve started to pick up some results. So, fair play to them.<\/p>\n

Nico Gonzalez (Newcastle<\/a>): Gonzalez might be the best signing that Newcastle<\/a> have made, because they’ve got all these young players that have got pace, speed, good in the wide areas. The manager wants it to be like the the Red Bull [Salzburg] team of old, which is sprinting more and all of that fun stuff. You need someone that can just control the game, one and two touch, and Nico Gonzalez absolutely does that. I thought he was exceptional.<\/p>\n

Marcus Tavernier (Bournemouth<\/a>): We’re going to force Tavernier in as the 10. Not only for this game, but if you’re Bournemouth<\/a>, before last weekend when they beat Sunderland<\/a>, we were talking about how they haven’t got any wins. They’re struggling in the league, what about Europa League? Is it too much?<\/p>\n

And in one week, they’ve beaten Sunderland<\/a>, AC Milan and Man Utd. They’ve turned this season from ‘maybe’ to ‘this is unbelievable’, and eight goals scored, no goals conceded. Tavernier scored in those games. He scored again against United, gives you a load more just in terms of who and what he is.
