James Keivom for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>Mochalova targeted a man wearing a yarmulke two blocks just minutes after she allegedly stabbed the young rabbi, prosecutors said in Manhattan Criminal Court.<\/p>\n<p>Mochalova bumped into the man several times, causing a stinging sensation in his right arm, prosecutors alleged \u2013 before chillingly telling the man \u201crun away from here. I have a gun. I\u2019m going to shoot you,\u201d according to authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors said the madwoman then turned to a third man, who was spared from her harassment because he told her he was Muslim.<\/p>\n<p>Mochalova was seen on surveillance video stabbing a rabbi with a syringe. Shomrim Manhattan<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe conduct in these incidents is scary and concerning and the defendant faces serious charges as a result,\u201d Assistant District Attorney Emily Hong said in court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe selected both of her targets because she believed them to be Jewish,\u201d the prosecutor said.<\/p>\n<p>But Mochalova\u2019s lawyer Lila Carpenter told the court that the alleged attacker had no prior arrests and is gainfully employed, arguing that \u201cthere may be an ID issue\u201d by cops for her client.<\/p>\n<p>Mochalova is now facing several charges, including assault as a hate crime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese allegations are concerning. Whether they\u2019re my client\u2019s is a different story,\u201d Carpenter told Judge Linda Capitti.<\/p>\n<p>The judge set bail at $50,000, citing the seriousness of the allegations as well as surveillance video of the alleged attacks.<\/p>\n<p>Yitty, 31, a coordinator with the Manhattan Shomrim, told The Post via video call that the Jewish community is \u201chappy\u201d with the court\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, having her back outside is just a danger to everybody outside.
