{"id":895174,"date":"2026-10-26T11:28:16","date_gmt":"2026-10-26T11:28:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/895174\/"},"modified":"2026-10-26T11:28:16","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T11:28:16","slug":"jamarr-chases-screaming-at-halftime-helped-spark-bengals-turnaround","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/895174\/","title":{"rendered":"Ja&#8217;Marr Chase&#8217;s &#8220;screaming&#8221; at halftime helped spark Bengals turnaround"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bengals\u2019 performance in the first half of Sunday\u2019s game against the Ravens left wide receiver Ja\u2019Marr Chase in a foul mood. <\/p>\n<p>Baltimore was winning 13-0 and the Bengals had just 59 yards over their 20 offensive plays, so Chase made sure that his teammates knew that the effort was unacceptable. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI came <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/50281493\/jamarr-chase-fiery-half-speech-inspires-bengals-win\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">in here screaming<\/a>, saying, \u2018Somebody\u2019s got to make a play for us, somebody got to make a play,\u2019\u201d Chase said, via Ben Baby of ESPN.com. \u201cAnd I told our offense [that] we can\u2019t look at our defense the whole time. We\u2019ve got to step this s\u2014t up and make something work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chase may have a future as a motivational speaker.
