Amy Deane, an Austin-based real estate agent with Moreland Properties who holds the listing, said the home’s location and privacy are among its biggest selling points.

“It’s four bedrooms in the heart of Zilker, which is one of the more desirable areas in Austin,” Deane told The Post.

“The place is a completely gated property, and so provides a lot of privacy as well for somebody that’s seeking privacy,” Deane added.

Deane is embracing the home’s newfound Hollywood connection, joking that its appearance in the documentary could help attract buyers.

“If it’s good enough for a major motion picture, it’s good enough for a lot of people,” she told The Post.

The home is currently occupied by tenants, and prospective buyers are being screened before being allowed inside.
