During an interview with Fox News Digital, the actor, who stars in the newly released movie “The Mongoose,”<\/a> discussed how he stays in such good shape at 74.<\/p>\n “No,\u00a0I don’t go to a gym at all,\u00a0but it behooves me,\u00a0any actor or actress playing a lead,\u00a0it behooves you to have a level of fitness,” Neeson said. “You don’t have to spend two hours in the gym every day.\u00a0I used to,\u00a0many years ago,\u00a0but I keep reasonably fit.”\u00a0<\/p>\n Liam Neeson revealed what he does to maintain his physique for action movies at 74. Should it just be a walk every day \u2014 you know what I mean? And you know, I’m so lucky.
