Can\u2019t say I remember that happening before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s an explanation, as there often is. Via Joseph Hoyt of the Dallas Morning News, the \u201cplayer programs <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JoeJHoyt\/status\/2117396947397152953?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">ended earlier than scheduled<\/a>, which is why the locker room was almost empty during media availability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Making players available in the locker room is one of the basic weekly obligations for all teams. Whatever the reason, it\u2019s likely few were inclined to say anything about Sunday\u2019s game.<\/p>\n<p>Especially since the Cowboys <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcsports.com\/nfl\/profootballtalk\/rumor-mill\/news\/cowboys-had-never-blown-a-14-point-fourth-quarter-lead-at-home-before-sunday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">blew a 14-point lead at home<\/a> for the first time in franchise history.
