\n\tJimmy Kimmel<\/a> predictably roasted U.S. President Donald Trump<\/a> and the Republican party in his late-night monologue on Wednesday following the Democrats\u2019 big win in the midterm elections. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn what\u2019s been coined a \u201cblue wave,\u201d the Democratic party took control of both the House of Representatives and the Senate in Tuesday\u2019s elections, and also flipped governorships in Texas, Ohio, Iowa and Georgia. After celebrating the victory, Kimmel turned to Trump and his claim that if he were on the ballot, the Republicans would have won more races.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThat is such crap,\u201d Kimmel responded. \u201cYou were on the ballot. You\u2019re like dog hair; you\u2019re on everything. You\u2019ve infected every nook and cranny of our lives. You divided this country like no one else ever divided it before. The only time you ever brought us together was yesterday, when we all teamed up to get rid of you!\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tPointing out Trump\u2019s own changes between political parties over the years, Kimmel said that he \u201chas no allegiance to anyone or anything\u201d and the \u201conly party he leads is the slumber party.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe verdict is in, and there\u2019s only one thing left for Nappy Gilmore to do: Resign,\u201d Kimmel said. \u201cQuit already, just quit. Nobody wants you. Even you don\u2019t want to be president anymore. Take that billion dollars worth of crypto, buy an island. Maybe Epstein\u2019s island? Wouldn\u2019t that be a perfect end to this story!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel then took the time to acknowledge a statement the White House put out about him in response to his monologue on the eve of the elections. \u201cJimmy Kimmel is a no-talent loser who has beclowned himself with tanking ratings and by spewing disgusting lies to his dwindling audience,\u201d the statement from White House spokesperson Danny Ingle reads. \u201cHe is so devoid of actual talent that nobody with any common sense would ever watch him unless it was to laugh at him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel fired back: \u201cWhich is kind of the point of the show, but apparently I\u2019ve beclowned myself once again. And that, by the way, almost word-for-word the same statement they\u2019ve issued about me two times in the past year. I got a third beclowned, which I think is the last warning.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBut Kimmel delivered the ultimate zinger when referring to being called a \u201cno-talent loser,\u201d saying: \u201cThe last thing I want to do is tell you how to do your job, Danny Dingle, but today seems like a bad day for you to call me a loser.\u201d<\/p>\n
