With or without Michael Carrick, it\u2019s shaping up to be a busy winter window at Man Utd. Reports far and wide have tipped the Red Devils to sign a left-back and a striker, while Flashscore are reporting any arrivals could coincide with exits to keep the wage bill under control<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Taking to YouTube <\/a>on Friday evening, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano shed light on what he\u2019s hearing about Man Utd\u2019s plans in 2027.<\/p>\n

Romano didn\u2019t guarantee a left-back would arrive in January, though he strongly suggested a striker will.<\/p>\n

Regarding exits, the trusted reporter stated the expectation is long-serving Luke Shaw<\/a>, 31, will leave at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

Shaw has been on United\u2019s books since 2014, though the current campaign is expected to be his last. Shaw\u2019s contract expires next summer, meaning United won\u2019t collect a transfer fee when he departs.<\/p>\n
