The collection featured the duo wearing matching \u201cPratt\u201d jerseys, working on projects, visiting farms, and cheering at sports games.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">He continued, &#8220;Jack, I can\u2019t believe you are 13 today. I\u2019ve watched you grow into such an incredible young man, and am truly proud of the person you are becoming. I love you! Pratt, 46, and Faris, 48, married in 2009 and finalized their divorce in 2018, but have continued to co-parent Jack together.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Pratt is also dad to daughters Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3, and Ford, 9 months, whom he shares with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger. In past interviews, he has spoken warmly about how Jack has embraced his role as an older brother to his half-siblings. &#8220;There&#8217;s a big age separation&#8230; [and] he does a great job, he&#8217;s so sweet with them.
