Jessie and D’Lila were notable not among the family members who recently visited the embattled rapper in his Manhattan jail, ahead of his sentencing in October.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Sean “Diddy” Combs scored another legal win as a judge dismissed Sara Rivers’ lawsuit against him, where she alleged he subjected her to hostile treatment on a reality TV show.<\/p>\n

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, were removed from a rollercoaster at the Orange County Fair in Southern California on Saturday night following an alleged disagreement with a ride operator.<\/p>\n

In a video obtained by TMZ<\/a>, the 18-year-old sisters were dressed in matching pink sweatsuits and can be seen sitting on a rollercoaster waiting to take off. A worker is seen addressing the group, which included some pals, before telling Jessie and D’Lila off. The group ultimately walks away from the ride without further confrontation as the video pans out.<\/p>\n

According to the news outlet, an insider shared that the situation escalated because staff told Jessie and D’Lila to put away their phones three times, but they wouldn’t listen. The insider shared that the conductor was being “rude” while asking the sisters to put away their phones.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, sources with direct knowledge of the event stated that they were not removed from the fair and were offered tickets to return to the attraction at a later date.<\/p>\n

It comes as the twins’ embattled father remains behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting sentencing after a jury found him guilty of two counts of violating the Mann Act.<\/p>\n

Last week, the Bad Boy Records founder received a large entourage of his family members in his jailhouse as TMZ shared photos of them arriving and leaving the premises.<\/p>\n

The visiting train included Diddy’s mom, Janice Combs, who came along with two of his sons, Christian “King” Combs and Justin Combs.<\/p>\n

Diddy’s baby mama, Dana Tran, also joined the party and came along with his youngest daughter, Love. Jessie and D’Lila didn’t make the visiting train, although they were present during his 6-week-long trial. Tran and Love didn’t attend any court session, so the visit was seemingly a special one for them.<\/p>\n

Diddy was acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges he faced, but was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n

He faces up to 10 years in jail for each count, although reports suggest he wouldn’t be getting the maximum sentence in this case.<\/p>\n

Since the verdict was reached, he has been denied bail several times as Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that he’s not fit to go home because there were no “exceptional reasons” warranting a release before his sentence.<\/p>\n

The Rapper’s Lawyers Claim He Had A ‘Swingers’ Lifestyle\"Sean<\/p>\n

Ahead of his sentencing on October 3rd, his lawyers have argued that the “swingers” lifestyle he had with several of his ex-girlfriends isn’t enough to keep him incarcerated, and that the facts in his case make his continuous incarceration “unique.”<\/p>\n

“This was a lifestyle, one that both Ms. Ventura and Jane chose. One, they all, as grown adults, had a right to choose,” the defense petition for release read.<\/p>\n

It continued, “Like many aspects of sex and intimacy, it was not without its complications, its bouts of jealousy, and, at times, its frustrations. But that is a hallmark of any serious romantic relationship, and that is what these were, serious, long-term romantic relationships.”<\/p>\n

“There has literally never been a case like this one, where a person and his girlfriend arranged for adult men to have consensual sexual relations with the adult long-term girlfriend as part of a demonstrated ‘swingers’ lifestyle and has been prosecuted and incarcerated under the Mann Act,” the letter added.<\/p>\n

Judge Throws Out Lawsuit Against Diddy\"Sean<\/p>\n

Diddy scored a legal win after a judge threw out a lawsuit against him by former “Making the Band” singer Sara Rivers, per The Blast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rivers filed the lawsuit back in February, alleging that Diddy subjected her to a hostile and inhumane treatment on the reality TV show. She also alleged that the “Finna Get Loose” rapper dealt maliciously and recklessly with her career by dismantling the group while holding on to most of her money.<\/p>\n

She also claimed Diddy sexually harassed her by pushing her to a corner and running his hands over her breasts.<\/p>\n

However, a judge recently dismissed the claims with prejudice, meaning they cannot be filed again.<\/p>\n

Among the dismissed claims were racketeering, assault and battery, forced labor, sexual harassment, and false imprisonment.<\/p>\n
