The reality star is making her latest controversial Skims product a fashion statement, as per usual, poking fun at haters of her face shapewear<\/a> with a glamorous (and provocative) Instagram photo shoot.<\/p>\n Kardashian, 44, modeled her Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap<\/a> ($48) on a plane with sister Khlo\u00e9 and friend La La Anthony.<\/p>\n She posted a series of photos on her private jet, wearing an oversized fur coat dotted with brooches. Instagram\/kimkardashian<\/p>\n Underneath, she had on nothing but a Saint Laurent jumpsuit made from sheer hosiery material.
