Police are not sure if there are other victims.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Michael J. Ellis is charged with invasive visual recording.<\/p>\n<p>Police started the investigation into Ellis after one of his patients filed a complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The case was referred to the Deaf Smith County District Attorney\u2019s Office for review. <\/p>\n<p>Due to a potential conflict of interest, the case was transferred to the Castro County District Attorney\u2019s Office for continued review and investigation.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 13, the Castro County District Attorney\u2019s Office presented the case to a Deaf Smith County grand jury, which indicted Ellis on one count of invasive visual recording.<\/p>\n<p> An arrest warrant was issued Monday.
