A super-fit grandmother who sometimes spends a staggering eight hours at the gym claims she’s regularly asked out by men half her age.
Andrea Sunshine, 55, from London, commits to a minimum of three hours of exercise every single day – and her dedication has resulted in a toned physique.
The single gran-of-two revealed that she kicks off her fitness sessions with an hour of cardio before moving on to weight training, which she likens to a trip to “Disneyland”.
Andrea made it clear that she doesn’t entertain male attention while working out as it would distract her from her rigorous routine.
Given that Andrea sometimes spends the equivalent of a full work day in the gym, she’s so fit that she can hold her own against women in their 20s in physique competitions.

She typically finishes in the top five, and remarked: “People call me a beast.
“Young men have a crush on good looking mature ladies so I get hit on all the time.
“There’s all kind of ages, there’s even some below 25 but most are between 30-35.
“I don’t like the attention. When I am on my session I hate to be disturbed.”
Andrea added: “It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma – I am in my best shape and infinitely healthy.
“There is a stigma that with advancing age of women, they should only dedicate themselves to taking care of the home and family.
“It’s possible to do both.”

Andrea, of Dutch-Brazilian descent, is also committed to a healthy diet, consuming broccoli daily along with other vegetables, protein, and more, sometimes reaching a calorie intake of 3,500 in a day. To maintain her slim figure, she steers clear of sweet vegetables, oil, and salt.
A professional trainer and athletics coach, Andrea not only helps others achieve their fitness goals but also promotes the integration of spiritual therapy with physical exercise.
