Gunna kicked off his “P Factory” program at the House of Athlete this week, and he delivered an inspirational speech that set the tone for the three-day fitness experience.

The P Factory is a high-intensity program designed to push participants like professional athletes, with six dynamic classes scheduled each day through Aug. 29. At HOA, attendees move through strength training, conditioning circuits, speed and agility drills, and explosive interval workouts.

Before the day’s sessions began, Gunna spoke directly to the crowd, commending them for showing up and committing to bettering themselves.

“I feel like everyone in here, y’all taking that step to just push yourself and who knows how far you’re going to go or where you’re going to go,” said Gunna. “It ain’t up to me, it’s up to God. You’re already walking in the steps and take me or take Brandon as inspiration.”

He continued with a message about persistence and growth: “You pushed yourself to come so pat yourselves on the back. I thank y’all for coming here too because it’s a beginning of something that’s finna be way bigger than I ever seen. But just showing up like, y’all day 1s of this shit.”

The rapper also opened up about how much the first day inspired him personally, noting that the participants’ dedication motivates him to go harder in his own fitness journey. Gunna stressed the importance of channeling energy and frustration into the gym rather than destructive outlets, urging attendees to see fitness as both a physical and mental escape.

Gunna is getting ready to host his Wunna Run 5K, which is taking place on Sept. 3 in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. According to the NYC Runs website, Gunna spent the last two years on “a powerful physical and mental transformation. Now, he’s inviting you to run alongside him and commit to your own journey toward better health and wellness.”
