Namrata revealed that Sara wants to give her best in every repetition , she said “If she herself, forget me, if she herself feels in this rep, I didn’t give my 100%, she’ll be like, no, no, no, no, I’ll do one more. So that’s how dedicated she is”. She also stated that Sara is a pure Pilates girl, she does nothing else and that help her in planning her workouts as she knows what they did the previous day, thus helping in planning her routine. Namrata also praised Sara’s balanced approach to nutrition. “And she honestly eats very, very well. I know she sometimes claims that she eats, she’s naughty with her food, But if she does that, she comes back on track very quickly. So she’s very dedicated.”Her mindset around indulgence is both healthy and refreshing. “Once she knows I’ve eaten that cheat meal, or we like to call it, I keep saying it’s a treat meal.
