Nelly and Jessica Korda are teeing it up together at an official LPGA event for the first time since 2023, marking a reunion on tour for one of professional golf’s most prominent sibling pairs. Both women will compete in the Ford Championship in Phoenix, running from Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29.

Jessica, 33, is returning to competition after a back injury and the birth of her first child, a son named Greyson. “I didn’t think I would tee it up again after I was withdrawing out of a couple events in 2023, so being here, feeling good, we’ll see where it takes us,” Jessica, a six-time LPGA Tour winner, told Golfweek. “Three years is a very long time.”

The sisters have appeared in nearly 100 LPGA events together since the 2013 U.S. Women’s Open, though they are often assigned to different waves. But as Nelly told Town & Country last year, the game has always had a more personal element for her thanks to her sister.

“I’ve been around sports my whole life. My parents were both professional athletes, so that competitive spirit was just part of our household,” Nelly told T&C. (Their tennis pro brother Sebastian Korda recently defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the second round of the Miami Open.) “I fell in love with golf when I was really young, watching my older sister Jessica play. She paved the way for me in so many ways.”

Nelly, 27, is currently ranked number two on the official Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and is among one of the highest-paid female athletes worldwide. She opened the 2026 season with a win before taking six weeks away from the tour. She returned last week at the Fortinet Founders Cup, where she finished one stroke behind winner and the world’s number one, Hyo Joo Kim of South Korea.
