While Prince Harry had a full slate of engagements in Australia today, Meghan Markle was busy on the set of MasterChef. The Duchess of Sussex joined Poh Ling Yeow, Sofia Levin, and Jean-Christophe Novelli for an episode of the cooking show. The episode will air in the forthcoming season, which premieres this Sunday, April 19. “We’ve had MasterChef royalty in the kitchen before, but no one like this,” Yeow told the contestants as Meghan arrived into the kitchen.

For the occasion, Meghan stuck to wearing Australian brands, choosing a black Matteau blouse and a black Camila and Marc skirt, and pairing them with Manolo Blahnik pumps. Her focus on Australian fashion this week is notable, as Meghan just joined OneOff, an AI “fashion discovery platform,” as a participant and investor. On the platform, users can directly shop her wardrobe—including what she wore in Melbourne, and a select highlight of previous outfits.

T&C understands the Duchess was excited to join because it creates “an interactive closet experience” for consumers, and makes sure the designers she wears are getting proper credit. Meghan, a source noted, “cares about fashion and was motivated to invest not only to expand her portfolio, but to help uplift the fashion designers she is a fan of.”

On the platform, Meghan joins other investors and participants such as the Hermès Family Office, Kate Hudson, Aryna Sabalenka, Olivia Palermo, Emma Roberts, Shay Mitchell, Chanel Iman, Suki Waterhouse, and more. Her investment into OneOff comes on the heels of using ShopMy last year, where her followers were able to purchase a “handpicked and curated collection” of various clothes and home goods. She no longer uses her ShopMy page.
