Fashion-forward shoppers are obsessing over a $28 item from Kmart that fans claim to be the ‘perfect dupe’ of a sell-out $420 designer buy.
The budget retailer’s Boho Broderie Corset Mini Dress looks nearly identical to American fashion label For Love & Lemons’ Zofia style.
Both yellow denim midi dresses feature the same pink flower pattern, pleated bust, mini length, thick straps and cinched waist.
Despite the significant price difference, the cheaper dress lacks some key features – including For Love & Lemons’ signature floaty and ethereal fabric.
For Love & Lemons is widely known for its high-quality materials, feminine designs, and offers various product lines including ready-to-wear clothing, lingerie, and swimwear.
Aussie fashion blogger, known as Kmart Insider, shared her excitement over the affordable alternative to the high-end dress, which was so popular that it sold out everywhere.
‘You’ll look cute whether you save or spend,’ she said in an Instagram post.
Many customers were impressed with the similarities, with some suggesting it’s perfect for those who can’t afford to fork out hundreds of dollars on designer labels.

Many others were just as impressed by Kmart’s expansion into bright, but wearable colours once again.
‘Hey look, Kmart using pastel yellow again. Woooow,’ one wrote.
The new dress comes just a few months after Kmart launched a sell-out dupe shoe range that caused even more of a stir online.
The $25 flats from Kmart were flying off the shelves for good reason after shoppers discovered they looked similar to a $575 high-end version.
The budget retailer’s Buckle Slingback Ballet Flats are still available in two colours – red and black – that closely resemble Ganni’s range of Feminine Buckle Ballerinas.
Both brands’ pointed-toe flats have similar features, including metal eyelet detailing, buckle-strap fastenings and low stacked heels.
Upon a closer look, Kmart’s shoes have a single row of metal eyelet detailing on each strap, while the Danish fashion brand’s off-white version has two rows.
‘We can’t get enough of this $25 Ganni lookalike from Kmart,’ Aussie fashion blogger behind Kmart Insider said on Instagram.

Bargain hunters have confirmed the cheaper flats are ‘so comfy’ while others shared that they were ‘running’ to Kmart to grab a pair.
‘The Kmart versions are amazing in these shoes. So good in fact they are selling out everywhere,’ one said.
‘I tried these on, they were really comfy,’ one said.
‘So cute,’ another added.
‘OMG I’m running,’ one shared.
Meanwhile, many were amazed by the colour options.
‘I have the white – find them comfy enough so have purchased the black… I may get the red when it’s in my Kmart,’ one shared.
‘What? They come in black and red as well? I only saw white,’ another said.
