2 min readThere’s another round of wild reports about Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City.The Sun claims that multiple cast members are leaving, and has some intel about who might be joining.Bravo disputes the reports.
Wondering what’s going on with The Real Housewives of New York City? Saaaaaaaaame. The show has been in limbo since last season and there have been a ton of rumors about the cast. Like, remember when Julia Fox spilled Bravo had interviewed her? And when there were rumors that Lindsay Hubbard had been “test filming?”
Anyway, cut to circa right now and The Sun is out here chatting to a source who had several unsubstantiated things to say:
“Only Sia [de Silva] and Erin [Lichy] are keeping their jobs,” while the rest of the cast are allegedly not returning for another season. Martha Stewart’s makeup artist, Daisy Toye is allegedly signing on. Jon Gosselin’s ex-girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, is allegedly signing on.”Two influencers and a socialite will also be joining the cast.”
So, what does Bravo have to say about these claims? A spokesperson fully shut them down to The Sun, saying “That’s not true, no one has even been reached out to for another season of RHONY, as of yet.”
In other words, the only thing we do know for sure is that RHONY is coming back. Andy Cohen himself shut down cancellation reports back in May…
And confirmed that the show was actively casting…
If it feels like it’s been forever since then, don’t forget that after casting comes filming an entire season and then editing that season, so these things take time!
