After a months–long social media absence, Phoebe Burgess has re-emerged on Instagram looking refreshed in Queensland.
The former WAG, 36, took to the social media platform on Thursday to share some images and clips of her living it up in Noosa with her two children – Poppy, nine, and Billy, seven.
One black and white image showed Phoebe standing with Poppy and Billy, whom she shares with ex Sam Burgess, 37, with the caption: ‘Refilling that cup.’
Another showed the blonde beauty flaunting her slender frame in a $298 black and blue striped tank dress from Australian label Bassike.
Phoebe finished her look with a pair of light blue thongs and black sunglasses, accessorising with an eye-catching, large striped canvas bag.
Wearing her blonde locks up for the photo, Phoebe beamed as she looked out over Noosa’s Main Beach.

It was a welcome return to social media for Phoebe, who hadn’t posted to her Instagram grid since November.
Her previous post was promoting an anti-bullying campaign led by Snapchat and anti-bullying organisation Project Rockit.
Speaking to Daily Mail about the campaign in November, Phoebe admitted that while she’s learned to ‘ride the ups and downs,’ for a long time she believed online trolling was simply part and parcel of life on social media.
‘It’s been a constant for the past decade, and for a long time I genuinely believed that choosing to work in this space meant accepting every opinion, judgement, and comment that came with it,’ she said.
‘I told myself it was the price of doing what I love – and that I somehow deserved the ugly parts as much as the good.’
Phoebe added: ‘There’s no invisible barrier that protects you from comments or the people who write them, so I built one myself.
‘I shrank my world to fall off the radar. I stopped reading any headline about myself and, for almost two years now, I haven’t clicked on a single story with my name in it.
‘I barely consume news at all. I went to fewer work events to stay less visible, and I disappeared from social media for months at a time.’

Phoebe’s social media re-emergence comes after ex Sam was reunited with their two children earlier this month.
The footy star’s second wife, Lucy, shared a photo of the former NRL player’s reunion with his daughter Poppy and son Billy.
The English-born athlete beamed from ear to ear in one picture, which captured him posing with all four of his children, his two with Phoebe and the two he shares with Lucy – daughter Robbie, two, and son Mack, three months.
It is believed that it was the first time Billy and Poppy had met their half-brother Mack.
Footage also showed Sam playing a fun game of rugby with Billy in a backyard.
A third picture showed Sam posing alongside his wife Lucy, the happy couple smiling as they enjoyed some downtime in Sydney.
The gallery was captioned with some precious words: ‘Family time’.
Since 2023, Sam has been mostly separated from Billy and Poppy after he moved to the UK with Lucy.
The two children live with Phoebe and her family in the Southern Highlands in NSW.
Sam and Phoebe were married for four years before splitting in 2019.
He went on to marry Lucy in 2024 in a lavish Italian wedding after two years of dating.
