Dining

Meals are taken at NŪTRIŌ, an open-air dining space at the heart of REVĪVŌ. As the name suggests, this is a place focused on balanced, nourishing, wellness-driven dining, with an emphasis on fresh, organic produce and a strong plant-forward approach. Each dish is thoughtfully described, including its nutritional benefits, allowing guests to choose meals that align with their personal wellness goals.

Breakfast is hearty, yet thoughtfully calorie-controlled. It begins with a freshly squeezed juice (I opt for the ‘Energise Me’, a vibrant blend of citrus and greens), followed by a beautifully presented plate of either sweet or sour fruits (never mixed, I quickly learn). From there, it’s a choice of sweet or savoury. I choose the eggs, served with sautéed greens, avocado, and gluten-free sourdough with a generous spread of ghee. It’s satisfying without feeling heavy, a perfect start to a day of wellness.

Dinner strikes a perfect balance between wellness and indulgence. I keep it local, starting with Gado Gado, a traditional Indonesian dish of lightly steamed vegetables, tofu and tempeh, finished with a rich peanut dressing. This is followed by a mushroom rendang, with earthy mushrooms slow-cooked in a deeply spiced, aromatic sauce. ‘Soul Food’, the menu wisely notes – a perfect mood enhancer and hard to disagree with. I leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and quietly virtuous.

Returning to my room, I round out my evening with NOCTURNO, Revivo’s evening ritual – a subtle light therapy designed to gently slow everything down, preparing both body and mind for a more restful night. It works, and I sleep like a baby.
