EastEnders spoilers follow.
Jasmine Fisher has left EastEnders in an unexpected and abrupt twist, but it seems it’s far from the last we have heard from her. The character, played by Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness, was introduced into the BBC soap last year, and she wasted no time getting herself into trouble.
As Zoe Slater’s estranged daughter, Jasmine clashed with her mother several times, teaming up with Chrissie Watts to get revenge on Zoe for abandoning her at birth.
During this time, she discovered Anthony Trueman was her biological father, killing him during 2025’s explosive Christmas episode when he attacked Zoe.
Jasmine has evaded justice while allowing Zoe to take the blame for her crime, leaving Jasmine to plan to flee Walford alongside boyfriend Oscar Branning.

After being scorned by Jasmine before, Oscar’s father, Max Branning, as well as Cindy Beale, have teamed up to try to force the couple to split.
Last night’s episode saw Max finally get some leverage over Jasmine after discovering that she had lied to the police about making a statement.
And in tonight’s episode, everything came tumbling down for Jasmine when Oscar spilt the beans to Kat Slater over their plan to flee the Square.
The fallout was dramatic for all of those left behind, with Patrick furiously accusing Kat of driving his beloved granddaughter away by putting so much pressure on her to help her free Zoe.

Kat also discovered that Jasmine didn’t make a statement to the police to help Zoe, and became convinced that someone had taken her granddaughter.
Oscar was also left red-faced after Max revealed he confronted Jasmine over her lies, leaving Oscar devastated that his father could be behind his girlfriend’s sudden disappearance.
However, one person who wasn’t so sure Jasmine was gone for good was Yolande Trueman, who, when speaking to Patrick, teased: “We haven’t seen the last of that girl.”
After Jasmine attempted to con Patrick out of money to fund her exit, we learned that someone – maybe Jasmine or Oscar – returned the cheque to him. But why?
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
