Big Brother is underway for 2025, and we’ve already seen once contestant leave the Big Brother house.
On Monday 29th September, the first contestant was evicted just hours after entering the house. It comes after Emily, Sam and Caroline were all given an ‘evil eye’ by the public, putting them at risk of being evicted.
But that’s not all…
As one contestant left the show, it was revealed that four more housemates would be joining the line-up.
Read on to find out everything you need to know about this year’s contestants, including who was the first to leave, who the late entrants are and our verdict on who’s most likely to win.

Job: Composer and author
Richard is looking to bring his “dad jokes” to the house.
He added: “I’ve just been very excited about going in. Everyone is saying, ‘Do you know what you’re expecting?’ And the answer is ‘no’, except that I’ve seen the series before and I know what it’s about. But I’m also aware that the set is slightly different in each series and the tasks are different, and there’s going to be an eclectic mix of people.”
Our verdict: We can see Richard being the dad of the house, and feel he could breeze through to the final with his chill nature. One to watch we think.

Job: Parish councillor
George says he’s “happy to play devil’s advocate” in the house, adding: “I will contest people’s views on things. I’ll definitely be exorcising that element of critical thinking. But also, I feel like I’m quite good at cracking a joke – I will be the life and soul of the party.”
He added: “I’m looking forward to meeting who I’m in there with. You don’t know who you’re spending the next potentially seven weeks with. If you’re in there with a load of boring people, then it’s going to be a dull seven weeks – that is a real make or break of the experience.”
Our verdict: The Big Brother house could be a great opportunity for George to find himself and make friends. We just hope he won’t run people up the wrong way with his constant debates.

Age: 33

Job: Financial investigator
“I will be cooking, for sure. I’ve got a lot of chaotic energy, it’s who I am. And I think I’m really good at tasks and quizzes and that sort of thing. So hopefully I’ll be like the task master extraordinaire,” Feyisola revealed ahead of joining the show.
Our verdict: Another contestant with a lot of energy, which could be a plus or a negative when stuck in a house with 14 other housemates. That said, if her cooking is as good as she says she is, she could be everyone’s best friend (and chef).

Asked what he’ll bring to the house, Cameron said: “Energy. A bit of annoyance. And maybe a bit of controversy but the main thing is energy – 100 per cent.”
Our verdict: Cameron’s energy could either win him friends in the Big Brother house or see him voted out next if it becomes too much.
ITV
Age: 20
From: Derry
Job: Make-up artist
Derry girl Jenny describes herself as a “rule breaker”. She doesn’t like to be told what to do and will often do the opposite if bossed about.
“I’ve been watching Big Brother for years, and I think it’s just a once in a lifetime opportunity. I had the opportunity to apply, and I just thought, ‘this could be a lot of fun’. And here I am!” she said.
Our verdict: Jenny’s rebellious spirit and streak of independence could shake things up in the house. Her refusal to follow the rules might cause some tension, but it’s exactly that fearless attitude that could take her far in the game.
ITV
Age: 27
From: Skipton
Job: Zumba instructor
Sam is a zumba instructor from Skipton and mainly gets old people to “shake” their bodies – love it. Sam says they’re not clean to live with, but is excited to get into the Big Brother house and get the other housemates vibing.
Our verdict: Sam has a lot of energy and a contagious enthusiasm that’s sure to lift the mood in the house – even if their messy habits might test some housemates’ patience.
ITV
Age: 21
From: Essex
Job: Content creator
Elsa was the 10th housemate to join the line-up. She loves pink and would compare herseld to Tinerkbell, saying she can be “sweet” but if she gets angry she will go “bright red”. Elsa says she has a “powerful aura” and became a Christian because she sees dead people and has since she was three.
Our verdict: Elsa brings a mix of sweetness and fire to the house. With a powerful aura and a unique spiritual side, she could be one of the most intriguing housemates yet.
ITV
Age: 27
From: Scotland
Job: Business owner
Tate is a businessman from Scotland. He owns Scotland’s biggest Butlers in the Buff company. He says people often underestimate him because of his line of work, but he also has a masters in engineering.
Our verdict: Tate could be a dark horse in the house.People might underestimate him because of his cheeky business, but with brains, charm, and something to prove, he might just surprise everyone.
ITV
Age: 22
From: Manchester
Job: Mechanical engineer
Mechanical engineer from Manchester Marcus joined the Royal Navy at the age of 17. As a result, he’s picked up some traits from the military that he can’t shake, admitting he can’t leave the house if there’s a crease in his shirt. He describes himself as a massive “flirt” so we can expect lots of game dropping from him.
Our verdict: If Marcus plays his cards right, he could charm his way through the Big Brother house.
ITV
Age: 18
From: Bristol
Job: Cleaning business owner
Business owner Teja is the youngest housemate at just 18. She owns her own cleaning business with her mum who she’s super close with (Teja said he mum even sleeps in her bed).
Our verdict: Teja might be the youngest in the house, but as a business owner with a close bond to her mum, she’s clearly got drive. We’ll have to wait and see how she’ll deal with other housemates’ mess.
ITV
Age: 25
From: South London
Job: Personal trainer
“I’m pretty unbearable if I don’t get my 10,000 steps,” Zelah revealed as he entered the Big Brother house. Zelah is half Indian and half English and lived as a woman for 23 years of his life before transitioning.
Our verdict: Zelah’s already made it clear he’s serious about his step count. He also has a strong sense of self, so he’s likely to bring both energy and depth to the Big Brother house.
ITV
Age: 56
From: Canvey Island
Job: PR
Caroline is a 56-year-old PR specialist, who has worked with the likes of Kylie and Dionne Warwick. She’s been engaged five times and said she sold all the rings lol. She would describe herself as “excessive” and doesn’t know how she’ll deal with living in a house with lots of people.
Our verdict: Caroline’s lived a big life – five engagements, celeb clients, and a self-confessed love for excess – but it’ll be fun to see how she handles the stripped-back reality of the Big Brother house (without room service).
ITV
Age: 22
From: Glasgow
Job: Graduate
Graduate Nancy now lives in Glasgow, but was born it Italy. She loves gaming and speaks five languages – Polish, French, Italian, Spanish and English. Nancy is pansexual and said: “I really don’t have a type”. She said she can do impulsive things and won’t be afraid to call someone out for chewing loudly.
Our verdict: With five languages under her belt, a bold streak, and a gamer’s competitive edge, Nancy could be a wildcard in the house – unpredictable, quick-witted, and more than ready to play the game her own way.
ITV
Age: 22
From: Taunton
Job: Farmer
Cameron describes himself as an “old soul”, admitting that he likes a reclining chair. An introvert, he’s only been to London three times and two were for a farmers protest.
Our verdict: The Big Brother house will be well out of his comfort zone, but we reckon his farming skills could come in handy for the challenges.
ITV
Age: 39
From: Bromley
Job: Pizza Hut manage
Originally from India, Gani is a night manager in Pizza Hut. He describes himself as a great manager and created his own pizza with tuna and pineapple.
Our verdict: We’re not too sure about that tuna and pineapple combo, but if Gani’s as charming as he says he is, he might just win some housemates over – questionable toppings and all.
Who left Big Brother 2025?Emily
ITV
Age: 25
From: Northampton
Job: Political events manager
Emily from Northampton, 25, works for a political events company in Westminster. She joined the Conservative Party when she was just a teen and says she’s “gagging” for a husband. She describes herself as “ditsy” and said she once left the cooker on.
She was the first contestant to be evicted from this series, after receiving the ‘evil eye’ from the public.
