If you’re once again pondering what to watch this week, we’re back again with a newly compiled list that has some real gems for you to discover. David Tennant’s BAFTA-award-winning British crime series Broadchurch will be added to Netflix, and is a worthy entertainment pick for any night of the week.
Meanwhile, Sky has a brand new offering with Matt Smith’s six-part drama that is also one to look out for. Expected to be a deeply emotional watch, the series has been dubbed by Sky as a “darkly comic and unflinching modern-day parable”, as it explores the “tender” relationship between father and son.
But It’s not all hard-hitting drama that will have you reaching for the box of tissues, as Netflix’s feel-good returning comedy starring Ted Danson is back for more chaotic fun in season two. So grab your cosy apparel and settle in for a week of the best that UK telly has to offer.

Sky
The Death of Bunny Munro
Matt Smith stars as grieving widow and sex addict Bunny Munro in this new series. Following the suicide of his wife Libby, Bunny must now find a way to juggle his life as a new single dad and his work as door-to-door beauty product salesman with only the vaguest clue of how to be a parent.
Together with his nine-year old son Bunny Junior (Rafael Mathé), Bunny embarks on an “epic and increasingly out-of-control road trip across Southern England”, according to its synopsis.
The Death of Bunny Munro is available to watch from Thursday 20 November at 9pm on Sky Atlantic.

ITV
Broadchurch
ITV’s “excellent British crime drama” (as one fan praised on IMDb) Broadchurch will be available to stream on Netflix this week – and we’ve already made our case for watching it, branding it one of the best of all time.
Starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman, the show, which spans three seasons, kicks off with the discovery of an 11-year old boy’s body on an idyllic beach in a small Dorset community. Enter Detective Inspector Alec Hardy (Tennant) who gets jurisdiction over the case, and over local Detective Sergeant Ellie Miller (Colman).
Now the pair must put aside their differences to solve the death that has stirred up the local community. Wicked and Bridgerton actor Jonathan Bailey also stars.
Broadchurch is available to watch from Tuesday 18 November on Netflix.

Netflix

Netflix
One Shot with Ed Sheeran: A Music Experience
Take a peek behind the curtain of a global superstar, as Netflix presents this new show with multiple Grammy Award winner Ed Sheeran. The series takes viewers along his journey through New York on one single afternoon, as he spends the time travelling, performing and playing impromptu gigs to passersby.
Director Philip Barantini, the same Barantini who shot Adolescence in a single continuous take, will now bring that “same captivating filmmaking technique to this music experience” (as revealed by Tudum).
One Shot with Ed Sheeran: A Music Experience is available to watch from Friday 20 November on Netflix.
