I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Ruby Wax has announced a new project straight from the Australian jungle.

The comedian is one of the celebrities who are currently tackling stomach-churning trials and leaving all comforts behind to be crowned queen or king of the jungle.

Having emerged as one of this season’s fan-favourite contestants, Ruby already has a new venture lined up for when she’s back from Down Under.

Next year, Ruby will go on an “hilariously abrasive” UK tour, kicking off in Henley-on-Thames on 25 March 2026 and running until the final performance in Bristol on 7 July.

Titled Ruby Wax: Absolutely Famous, the show will see the actor and TV host team up with her lifelong friend and producer Clive Tulloh.

The pair come together to review clips from the shows they worked on and share scandalous, never-before-heard stories with a live audience.

“It’s Ruby here – yes, broadcasting live from the jungle, where the Wi-Fi is powered by mosquitoes and my only beauty routine is ‘don’t get eaten’,” Ruby announced from the I’m a Celebrity camp.

“But fear not! The moment I escape, I’m heading straight back on the road and can’t wait to see you all there.”

Meanwhile, in the jungle, Ruby has delighted her fellow campers and viewers at home with some hilarious wisdom about relationships and how to avoid unwanted intimacy.

As she’s bonded with Celebs Go Dating receptionist Tom Read Wilson, who recently joined this season’s campers with Vogue Williams, Ruby had to fight him with everything she’s got when the show pitted them against one another.

In a twist on this year’s wholesome dynamic among the campers, I’m a Celebrity has seen the public vote in a new format, ‘Rivals’.

Viewers have picked the pairs of celebrities who are set to go head to head in increasingly demanding trials for a chance to win a decent meal. The losers end up in Doomsville with rice and beans for dinner, as well as possibly facing elimination.

Ruby Wax: Absolutely Famous debuts on 25 March next year, with performances running through to 7 July. Tickets and info here.

I’m a Celebrity… airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
