Part of Sequel Brands, the newly created Ultimate Longevity Center will offer services including biomarker testing, metabolic profiling and other personalized protocols
In a wellness-focused world racing toward an $8 trillion longevity economy, a trio of heavyweights just stepped into the ring with a new franchise concept.
Anthony Geisler, the founder and former CEO of Xponential Fitness and now the founder of Sequel Brands, has teamed up with longevity expert Gary Brecka and Tony Robbins’ Lifeforce platform to launch the Ultimate Longevity Center.
The move, the team says, will give members easier access to leading longevity protocols that have long been limited to those with specialized resources or medical networks.
It also adds to Geisler’s Sequel Brands, the franchise portfolio he launched this year with fitness and wellness brands Pilates Addiction, iFlex Stretch Studios, Beem Light Sauna and Body20, along with a promise that a “category-defining” fifth concept was on the way. It’s now here.
The first Ultimate Longevity Center location will likely open in the coming months, with Sequel Brands targeting nationwide franchise expansion thereafter, ATN has learned. The group has not yet disclosed the debut market.

“Gary Brecka is the most trusted voice in this space,” Geisler said. “And with Lifeforce — an organization that has spent the past five years building one of the most comprehensive data sets on proactive health — we’re taking decades of collective expertise and making it accessible to anyone who not only wants to add more years to their life, but also add more life to their years.”

Robbins’ Lifeforce raised a reported $12 million in a Series A round in 2023, with participation from tennis great Serena Williams.
The motivational speaker has increasingly shifted his focus toward longevity and proactive health, launching several initiatives in recent years, including Fountain Life, a network of luxury longevity centers, and The Estate, a high-end residential hospitality ecosystem centered on AI, preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
Ultimate Longevity Center will offer two membership pathways. The first is an experiential wellness model featuring red light therapy, hyperbaric chambers, cold plunges, hydrogen baths and more. The second is a “Personalized Analysis” track that includes biomarker testing, metabolic profiling and personalized protocols that incorporate NAD, GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, peptides, supplements and IV therapies.
A founding waitlist has already been created.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Anthony and the Sequel team to build something that will help millions of people live at their best,” Lifeforce co-founder Dugal Bain-Kim said. “Tony started this company to make cutting-edge longevity services accessible, and that’s why there is no better partner for us. This concept is launching at the perfect moment — just as the longevity boom is about to go to a next level, and we’re excited to bring this to Tony’s community and beyond.”
