A mum-of-two has spoken of the horrifying moment seeing her holiday photos made her realise she was morbidly obese and had to make a change. By making simple daily adjustments, and without calorie counting, Jennifer ended up losing 2 stone 11 lbs (or 17.7kg) in just four months.
