The Gym Group has opened its third gym in the city at Sweet Briar Retail Park, offering a variety of options for fitness fanatics including strength training, Hyrox and boxing facilities.
The space is separated into different specialist zones – boxing, glutes, studio and recovery – to enable varied training regimes for its members.
There are both strength and functional training areas, as well as a section for free weights.

General manager, Hal Tooley, 27, said: “It has been really positive everyone is super excited to offer a new site in Norwich.
“Our main thing is having a friendly, inclusive environment – we welcome everyone.

“We have packed in a lot of popular kit that everyone wants and made great use of the space.
“We are really happy.
“You see it from the start being an empty building and it is great to see people start their journey of hitting their goals.”

Personal trainers are also available at the gym.
The Gym Group, which has 245 sites around the UK, announced its opening in the former IKEA site at Sweet Briar earlier this year.

The gym will join a range of various businesses such as M&S Simply Food, Currys, Costa Coffee and Jollyes Pet Superstore.
Sweet Briar Retail Park boasts roughly 97,000sqft of retail space, spread across seven units with 305 parking spaces for customers.
