Pink is raising her glass to 2026.

The singer, 46, took to social media to update followers on her health journey as she reflected on the past year.

“I want to say Happy New Year’s to everyone,” Pink penned in her Wednesday Instagram post. “I am leaving behind all of my hurt in 2025. This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying. In amongst all of that, there was so much beauty.

“And I got to wake up every day and get out of bed and go about my business. The business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams. Showing them that life is an adventure or nothing at all.”

The Grammy winner added that some of her 2025 moments included “loving and laughing, cooking and dancing, crying and screaming, forgiving and apologizing, and all the rest of our beautiful messiness.”

As she ended the year, Pink was focused on “fixing my body. It may not be a fancy Face lift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck.”

“A new scar, a new reminder, that I appreciate this vessel that I have and use it for all it’s worth,” continued the “So What” artist. “Rock ‘n’ roll is a contact sport. And as I sit here by myself on New Year’s Eve in a hospital room while my family is happily snowboarding- I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made.”

Pink went on to tell fans that she hopes everyone “can make that wish.”

“Let’s not be afraid to take care of ourselves and others. I choose joy and I leave behind the hurt. I’m going to choose positive thoughts over negative one,” she detailed. “And I’m going to rage against the dying of the light… And I’m going to keep searching for the light, even as I experience the darkness. #onwardsand.”

The singer ended, “Happy New Year and may you experience more joy than sorrow, more sunshine than rain, more love than hatred. Let’s shed that old snake skin. And find our horsepower.”

Fans immediately flocked to the comments section to praise Pink and wish her well in her recovery.

“Thank you for this. Happy healing & happy new year,” one follower wrote, while a second chimed in: “You’d better heal because we are so excited to see you in México.”

Rounding out the sweet messages, another social media user shared: “Happy New Year! I wish you a speedy recovery inside and out.”

Pink, who shares daughter Willow, 14, and son Jameson, 8, with husband Carey Hart, has been open about her health struggles over the years.

In August, the hitmaker shared an Instagram pic of herself with an IV drip, explaining, “This is all normal and everything is going well. When you go on vacation and have food and E. Coli decides to move into your gut, you kill it with friends and daughters and red wine and a vitamin IV concoction.”

“Ahhh life and lemons and lemonade and great memories that I might remember,” Pink added in her caption at the time.

In 2023, a respiratory infection and sinus infection caused the star to postpone different stops on her Summer Carnival Tour.

“Hi everyone. I’m very sorry to report that I have come down with a bad sinus infection, and the doctor advised me not to perform tonight,” Pink wrote on Instagram at the time. “I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show.”

Just two years prior, Pink underwent hip surgery.

“Hey world! This is what 9 hours of sleep and cuddles from my kiddos looks like 7 days post hip surgery!!” she wrote beneath a smiling selfie. “It was a brutal first week full of tears and pain med depression, ulcers from meds and constant fevers, but my @hartluck brought me through.”

“Life always reminds you that most setbacks are actually just pauses and opportunities to recalibrate and count your blessings,” Pink added before concluding, “Shout out to all of those on the journey to wellness, and to those making magic out of the impossible. Have a great day folks!!!!! Let the healing begin.”
