Shake Shop has officially launched Move 2026, a free, islandwide fitness challenge designed to bring people together through daily movement, consistency, and community.
Taking place from Jan. 12 to 17, Shake Shop’s Move 2026 invites participants to register in teams of two and complete simple daily movement challenges.
The challenge is open to all fitness levels and focuses on showing up and staying active rather than competition or performance, Shake Shop said in a media release.
Participants will have opportunities to win prizes throughout the week, including a grand prize of round-trip flights to Japan, along with additional prizes provided by Move 2026 sponsors—International Sports Center, Urban Fitness Guam, Legacy Guam, Health City, and MacTech Guam.
“MOVE is about building a more active, healthy and connected community on Guam,” said CarriAnn Cabral, personal trainer, sports coach and representative for Shake Shop. “Fitness doesn’t have to feel intimidating or boring, it can be engaging and enjoyable with friends by your side.”
Registration is free and open now.
