Glow Fitness & Wellbeing welcomed its first customers at 50 Fort Street on Saturday, January 10 following a makeover.

Studio founders Courtney and Diane lead the team, promising to “bridge the gap between fitness and wellness”.

Courtney is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher with further experience in mat Pilates and Zumba.

Diane has over 15 years of experience in the fitness space, specialising in higher intensity classes and small group training.

The wider team help bring something for everyone including Bootcamp & box, Barbell pump and Broadway boogie.

A spokesperson said: “Whether it’s yoga, pilates or something a bit more high intensity, this is your space at your pace.

“The studio will also double up as an events space for monthly seminars, workshops and retreats.

“Outwith our own weekly timetable the studio will be available to rent as a studio to freelance instructors or as an events space.

“We can’t wait to share our new space with everyone and build our community of people moving together in their own zone.”
